Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Familiar with the Quality Policy and Objectives ISO 9001-2015 Program components using ESPRIT® Fabricate components on Sopart Wire EDM equipment. Build components for new tooling per design requirements. Build components for existing tooling per customer changes and requirements. Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment for continued operations of production orders. Machine changeover components on multiple part tooling. Support multiple company
departments with any tooling needs. Communicate with department manager on status of work.

Will Perform: Safely provide maintenance support to our fast-paced sheet plant that is equipped with technology ranging from simple to state of the art for the corrugated industry. Utilize both excellent mechanical skills and knowledge (pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission, lubrication) and electrical/electronic skills and knowledge (PLCs, A/C, D/C motors and drives, schematics) in our continuous process manufacturing environment to achieve machine uptime metrics.
Work positively with maintenance and operations teams to troubleshoot and solve problems. Will be engaged in preventative maintenance processes in assigned areas. The Skills You Will Bring: At least one year
