Omron PLC's CJ/NJ series platforms and

NS/NA series HMI preferred Complex mechanical skills to repair equipment Working knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic controls (understands schematic and symbols) Working knowledge of robotic applications with PLC integration (Motoman robotics experience preferred) Understanding of programming data and able to read ladder function to trouble shoot Repairing and maintaining Mig welding equipment, Use of knowledge and understanding of basic welding fundamentals, including: Shielding gas types and ratios Circuit continuity confirmation Calibration of voltage, wire feed rate, and gas flow Understanding of weld fume health impact Work unscheduled overtime to complete assigned jobs to ensure meeting

Individuals will be required to perform all job duties while walking and/or standing for extended periods of time on hard surfaces. The work for this position is very physical in nature with repetitive tasks. This means it is fast paced; you must be detail oriented. You must be able to stoop, bend, twist, turn, squat, reach, push, pull, grab or grasp. Proper lifting techniques required. May include lifting up to 44.5 pounds. Primary environment for this position is a warehouse/ factory environment.

The Toyota shop floor is not climate controlled and internal temperatures will be relative to the external temperatures and temperature forecasts.
