for air tanks, sprinklers, boilers, and Flamex system Assigns work orders, reviews, and audits preventative maintenance, and follows up with team members to ensure quality Prioritizes daily breakdowns with safety and other project objectives Maintains effective working understanding of facilities, production processes, equipment, and systems Plans, budgets, and schedules equipment and facility modifications, including cost estimates Assists with the development and management of a maintenance operating plan that meets budgeted expenses Collaborates regularly with manufacturing leaders and engineering to ensure effective coordination and implementation of process updates, equipment and tooling
changes, repairs, and capital projects Oversees standard procedures for spare parts, supply procurement, and inventory Provides training and development opportunities to ensure that team members are qualified, cross-trained, and performing safely and effectively to standards Assures maximum reliability of equipment, processes, and procedures Identifies and recommends technology and system improvements to achieve safety, productivity, and quality objectives Leads daily huddle meetings to communicate goals, assign daily tasks, etc.
Provides coaching, performance feedback, and leadership communications Coaches maintenance technicians on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost improvements
Selects and develops talent to align with the maintenance needs of all operations Promotes a culture of continuous improvement, maximizing equipment reliability, and resource utilization Identifies and implements continuous improvement initiatives (labor reduction, waste reduction, cost reduction) Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures Performs other duties as may be assigned at managers discretion
