ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and fix all maintenance and safety issues inside and outside of the store; Perform all maintenance obligations necessary to keep associates and customers safe Ensure all OSJL customers receive the best possible service on the sales floor and at the point of sale Assist with merchandising tasks as needed, including stocking, display arrangement,
and ticketing Perform all duties in a manner to ensure Company assets remain protected Communicate any issues to store management in a timely manner Operate a cash register as needed EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Prior maintenance experience required Experience working in a retail environment or in customer service preferred Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and good verbal and written communication skills ATTRIBUTES: Effective Communicator: You possess strong communication skills and have the ability to build and maintain a culture of trust and respect.

Responsible for physical activities including using hand tools, ascending or descending a ladder, moving, reaching, and lifting on a frequent basis: should be able to lift 35 lbs on a regular basis.
