YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR MECHANIC You will work from 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday. You will play a crucial role in completing all normal auto repair tasks with precision and efficiency.
Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality repairs in a timely manner. With a strong commitment to excellence, you will strive to maintain an annual repair efficiency of 85%, ensuring that each repair is completed with the utmost skill and attention to detail. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining annual
rework hours (as a percentage of hours billed) of less than 3%. This means that you will consistently aim to execute repairs correctly the first time, reducing the need for rework and maximizing productivity.
Your ability to meet the standard repair times as defined by SDM Company job codes listed in Fullbay will be key to achieving this goal. In this role, you will also be required to create detailed repair orders (RO) within our Fullbay system. These ROs should accurately describe the symptoms, problems, and causes discovered during the diagnostic process, as well as the repairs and services required to address them. By effectively communicating this information, you will ensure that
each repair is completed in accordance with our high standards, providing transparency and clarity to both our team and our customers.
