Responsibilities Write crisp and engaging content for the company's CEO and other senior leaders to reach both internal and external audiences. Adapt his or her writing style to the " voice" of the leader so that his/her messages are consistent and clear. Coordinate the editorial review process for executive communications. Work closely

with communications and marketing teams to develop impactful content that elevate the visibility of our CEO and other senior leaders. Craft inspiring speeches for senior leaders at key corporate and business events.

Contribute to RGA's thought leadership program by positioning CEO to offer a unique and credible perspective on relevant topics. Collaborate with public relations and social media teams to favorably position our senior leaders in social, trade, and traditional media. Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to executive leadership, ensuring effective communication and messaging that is clear, authentic, and aligned with the overarching brand narrative. Support internal communications

team with initiatives designed to foster engagement and alignment; review and edit CEO presentation decks to ensure consistency in tone, style and content.

Partner with broader communications team to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging. As media and speaking opportunities involving executive leadership arise, collaborate with public relations team to support messaging and prepare executives. Create and implement metrics reports to measure effectiveness in the spirit of continuous learning and improvement. Perform other duties as necessary. Requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Required: 10+ years of relevant experience, including experience with executive communication in complex organizations, employee engagement and change management Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field SKILLS AND ABILITIES Required: Superior written and verbal communication skills with strong ability to adapt voice and style to different individuals Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into clear and concise communications Excellent interpersonal skills Extraordinary attention to details with ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Able to navigate a matrix environment with ambiguous situations Adept at building strategic plans and translating into practical applications High level of professionalism and integrity with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Ability and willingness to work outside of normal business hours when necessary to accommodate various time zones in our global workforce Preferred: 5+ years of executive communications or global thought leadership experience Experience working with C-suite and senior business leadership with a track record of synthesizing business priorities.
