applied will be considered and need not re-apply. Duties Serves as the Army's subject matter expert, in materials acquisition, operations, administration, program management and automation for the Army Library Program. Reviews, interprets, and revises policies and program guidance.

Provides comprehensive reference, research, advisory, evaluative, and instructional services and training. Develops specialized applications, and investigates new technologies. May perform staff assistance visits and periodic ealuations of libraries in the system. And Possess a master's degree or two (2) full academic years of graduate study in Library Science; or Professional or advanced experience or graduate study: (a) one (1) year of experience in librarianship which included the performance, supervision, or administration of one or more major functional areas of librarianship; (b) one (1) year of experience which provided the applicant with the knowledge and abilities required by the position.

And Possess of the following: A. One (1) additional year of experience in librarianship; or one (1) year of additional experience as described above; or B. A doctoral degree or three (3) years of graduate education in Library Science; or C. Completion of graduate study in a subject matter related to this position (doctoral degree or three (3) full academic years of graduate education). Plus one (1) year of experience.
