Provide Epic in-basket management support to sports medicine providers as assigned to include, but not limited to: answering my health connection messages and patient calls in assigned provider in-baskets and take care of the message completely, coordinate with the sports medicine physician if they are in clinic if needed, protocols to be developed. Serve as a point of contact for staff (RNs, front desk, MAs) for acute patient issues not requiring appointment to address.

Meet with Medical Director/clinic director/Chief of Primary Sports Medicine monthly at first to discuss needs and schedule. Refill medications, review charts in detail, check PDMP for controlled substances. Task to MA/ATC pools if patient needs to schedule an appointment. Review any " flagged" labs and notify patient of results.
