Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate complex schedules for Associate Dean for Research and Infrastructure and Associate Dean for Graduate Education
and Outreach and Engagement including confidential meetings requiring discretion and prioritization of appointments. Oversee travel arrangements for Associate Dean for Research and Infrastructure and Associate Dean for Graduate Education and Outreach and Engagement.
TA and Post Doc process management, including execution of communication process out to departments regarding annual TA allocation distribution. Collect faculty development applications, review for leave eligibility and completeness, draft and send award and regrets letters, prepare all data and correspondence required for the Associate Dean for Research, the review committee, and the Provost Office. Analyze, monitor, and
report data needed for all categories of faculty leaves, including leave eligibility and information regarding faculty fellowships or research leaves.
Manage and review website content for the College in general, research opportunities, Graduate Student development, and COGS in alignment with the College's strategic plan to support a better understanding of CLAS's strengths and weaknesses in areas of diversity.
