Creates technical knowledge for the manufacturing unit and transfers the knowledge to the operator and technical associates. Coaches associates

Understands top losses within the manufacturing unit and develops and implements plans to eliminate losses and drive OEE performance. Responsible for manufacturing unit change control including validation activities, root cause analysis of prioritized OEE losses, and quality events and deviations.
