maximize the deliverability and operability of Southern Company Gas's storage assets. This is achieved through detailed analysis, evaluation, monitoring, and continuous enhancement of existing reservoir, well, and ancillary facilities for all 8 Nicor assets.

This role will also perform critical design, planning, and execution functions for all new storage assets in the UGS system. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES BY COMPETENCY Functional Expertise: Designs, builds and utilizes analysis models and tools for optimization of facilities and project development Solves complex engineering problems and delivers accurate cost estimates and feasibility analysis Conduct reservoir and individual

well analysis of storage assets to predict, monitor, and manage reservoir performance. Perform reservoir studies to track reservoir performance as compared to predicted performance in order to develop optimal schedules and forecasts of individual reservoir deliverability.

Work closely with field staff and other engineering disciplines to identify and carry out remedial opportunities on wells and associated facilities. Identify workover/recompletion, stimulation, and integrity investigation candidates. Supervise well workover field activities Develop, maintain, and execute reservoir models on storage assets Prepare detailed procedures and AFE cost estimates for rig workovers, routine well

work, and logging activities. Business Acumen: Identifies and facilitates the development of the commercial possibilities associated with current assets and potential projects Participate in and consistently provide clear recommendations in design/analysis discussions with internal and external parties Analyze reservoir and/or cavern data in order to guide commercial and field operations to obtain the greatest economic benefit while maintaining operational integrity.

Performs due diligence studies for acquisitions and development of storage opportunities. Engagement: Interfaces with department and SCG leadership to articulate plans and results, as well as other engineering departments on major project initiatives Communicates with external counterparties on the details of the projects specifics (capacity, deliverability, etc.
