Qualifications & Experience: Must have demonstrated strong people management skills. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to plan and manage large complex projects. Fimalirty with Lean/Six Sigma methodology Must be able to communicate with customers and top management. Must be familiar with geometric dimensioning and tolerance per ANSI Y14.5. Must be a leader who can direct and motivate a technical staff. Education: Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar discipline.

Job Responsibilities Support all Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, policies, and regulations. Manages production support engineering for a group of products after transfer from design to production.
