Join our dynamic Operations team as a Senior Validation Engineer. In this role, you will perform installation, operational, and performance qualification of critical manufacturing equipment, facilities, and utility systems for the site. You will also
be responsible for cleaning validation activities for new products and maintaining existing ones.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to accelerate our Lean journey and drive efficiencies in our processes. Accountabilities: As a Senior Validation Engineer, your responsibilities will include developing and reviewing qualification protocols and reports, coordinating system and equipment documentation collection, and executing protocols. You will solve qualification and cleaning validation execution issues using critical analysis skills and develop sound, reasoned solutions and recommendations. You will also represent the Validation group in Change Control meetings and in Departmental qualifications and cleaning validation discussions.
Essential Skills/Experience: - Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or medical Sciences. - At least 5 years of relevant validation experience. - Knowledge and understanding of validation and qualification principles, project management, and change control principles. - Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Desirable Skills/Experience: - Six Sigma green belt or equivalent experience is preferred. - Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ, Cleaning Validation, and Lean Manufacturing is highly desirable.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conducts comprehensive backssments of proposed substation, communications, and transmission line sites and corridors, considering factors such as drainage, soil stability, seismic activity, and environmental impact.
Collaborates with engineering, real estate, environmental, and project management teams to develop site plans, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards, including Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), drainage ordinances, and oil containment requirements. Prepares comprehensive plans and specifications for civil and structural aspects of assigned
substation, communications, and transmission line projects. This includes foundation design, structural components, site plans, and geotechnical investigations and criteria.
Responsible for project scoping, including structural and site plans, specifications, and construction estimates. Oversees civil and structural design work, ensuring it aligns with project requirements and standards by performing and/or directing consulting third parties’ inspection and certification of construction activities. Facilitates communication between manufacturers, field representatives, survey contractors, and land agents to ensure smooth project execution. Maintains detailed records of all design plans,
construction activities, inspections, and project documentation.
Stays abreast of local regulations, codes, and environmental standards. Performs other duties as assigned.
