This person is accountable for high customer satisfaction levels through direct, onsite client interaction. May also assist more senior specialists, project managers, engineers and designers in functional testing and system validation. Follows established learning path and conducts extensive self-study (reading, research and practice) to improve and maintain technical proficiency in company's product lines. Completes certifications as required by the company. Job Summary The Contact Center Applications Engineer is primarily responsible for support of Contact Center applications/ infrastructure and the voice messaging systems. Works with senior members of the team on the implementation of all Contact Center applications and infrastructure upgrades, releases, and enhancement projects. Applies technical knowledge

Works closely with the Network Services group designing voice infrastructure as it relates to the company, Contact Centers, and voice mail. Conducts research, backssment, and proof of concepts on system enhancements, vendor products and all technologies within the Contact Center applications and voice mail environments. Ensures that the applications and infrastructure meet or exceed the Business' expectations for

availability and performance. Working within the framework of established operating procedures, this position is accountable for overseeing many of the various technical and business projects and tasks that occur simultaneously within the Contact Center Applications group.

Activities will include Contact Center support, operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of systems. The continuous development of the strategic technical plan to continuously move to the future, providing all possible contact options available for business use. The Contact Center Applications Engineer will be responsible to train team support staff. This incumbent is expected to keep skill sets current by attending training or other methods.

Key Responsibilities/Duties - what you will be doing Coordination or participation in various projects. Manages the completion of all assigned project tasks. Perform Contact Center application/system and voice messaging software and system upgrades. Provide technical input during strategic planning as it relates to the contact environment. Consults with customers to identify requirements and clarify objectives. Develop detailed documentation to define user requirements, processes, and procedures. Perform scalability/capacity planning to support business growth.

Provide input on the architecture, design, engineering and implement the Contact Center Applications Infrastructure and Corporate Voice Messaging environment. Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Network Services and Desktop Engineering to plan and implement Contact Center applications, Infrastructure, and voice messaging environment upgrades/enhancements. Conduct research and backssments on new and upcoming software products supporting enterprise messaging and contact services. Monitor system performance and provide recommendations based on the interpretation of logs and metric data.

Perform steps using established procedures to ensure that the infrastructure, applications, and voice messaging systems have a high degree of integrity/reliability. Maintain industry and technical knowledge. Provide guidance to and assist in the training of less experienced staff. Perform vendor management to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products and services. Working with IS Security, provide expertise on securing the applications and voice messaging infrastructure from potential security risks/threats. As required, act as the primary Contact Center applications and voice mail liaison in support of the IS department and the business for problem resolution.

Install Contact Center applications/infrastructure and voice messaging system software/appliances, upgrades, system performance tuning, evaluate and install patches, and resolve application and voice messaging infrastructure related problems while keeping within departmental guidelines and standards. Able to specify server requirements based upon application requirements. Ensure all security guidelines and standards are adhered to. Other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications - what you need to perform the job EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience EXPERIENCE (minimum years required): 5 years working with Contact Center applications and technologies; and/or in Contact Center technical support role.

Must include contact queuing/skilling/scripting, forecast/scheduling, quality management, compliance recording and multi-media knowledge. Knowledge of phone system configuration. Interactive Voice Response (IVR) experience a plus. 3 years' experience with Contact Center system required, preferably Avaya AACC (Aura Contact Center); knowledge of Avaya IVR (AAEP/Avaya Aura Experience Portal) a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities: • Possesses in-depth process technology and continuous improvement skill sets helping to establish credibility with the operations team. Detailed knowledge of material properties, testing methods and process equipment. • Drives knowledge exchange with

technology experts to increase awareness of potential improvement opportunities for the technology. • Partners with experts to develop and implement a Plant Specific Technology Plan (PTSP) to deliver positive year-over-year ROC (return on capital) and non-capital continuous improvement while meeting the plant level HSES improvement goals.

Serves as a project manager for capital and operational projects. • Leads and/or supports plant continuous improvement activities and supports the capital plan for the facility. • Champions and act as a resource for process safety activities and concerns. Partner with operations and maintenance to identify technology gaps, track performance indicators,

& continuous improvement opportunities. • Ensures project engineering files and/or turn over packages (e-TOP) are complete.

Maintains up-to-date technical information for all processes (i. e. drawings, calculations, BOMs, O&M manuals, etc. ). • Champions the “next unplanned event” exercise to ensure potential solutions are captured. • Provides advice to manufacturing operations to resolve process, product, and quality related issues. • Leads Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and/or Failure Mode Effects Analyses (FMEA) using established tools to identify solutions, implement corrective actions to reduce risks and minimize challenges. • Adheres to the management of change (MOC) process to ensure documentation is complete, risks are adequately backssed / controlled, personnel are trained, changes are approved prior to implementation.

• Experienced in process equipment qualification and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ). • Performs other duties as assigned. Technical and Project Management Requirements: • Fundamental principles (mass and energy balances, process parameters, governing equations) • Plant unit operations knowledge and the ability to develop/read PFDs, P&IDs, EOLs, trace lines, specify equipment and process control technology). • Possess technology and process safety knowledge.

Experienced in process hazard backssments (PHA) and pre-startup safety reviews (PSSR). • Knowledge of key continuous improvement systems (Six Sigma, LEAN) • Knowledge and adherence to the core Work Processes for the plant. • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills. • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Effective communication and writing skills, and the ability to influence other team members. • Financial acumen Nice to Haves (not required): • Prior technical knowledge and/or experience with thermoplastic polyurethane manufacturing.

• Knowledge and/or prior experience with BMS, SAP, Delta V, PI, statistical process control (SPC), and energy efficiency. • Prior experience training operators, technicians, and other colleagues. Educational Requirements: • BS in Engineering or equivalent. • Minimum 5 years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Requisition ID: 71488 Description Skyworks Solutions is seeking RF Module Design Engineer responsible for developing next-generation, highly integrated RF Front-end (RFFE) Modules for mobile applications. The candidate will work with System and RFIC Designers to translate customer

specifications into product requirements both at multi-chip module (MCM) and building block level, including advanced RFICs and complex filters. You will interface with various Design Engineers to drive RFIC, filter and MCM development.

You will work with technicians in lab for prototype development, e. g. evaluation, trouble-shooting and optimization to support timely, customer sample delivery and ultimately secure design wins with your team. Responsibilities Participate in module block level floor-planning. Work with cross functional team including program management, analog design, layout, and product/test engineers as part of product development. Support IC design team and analyze

module hardware data to back-fit and improve product performance.

Prepare/present report reviews during the development process. Update and maintain module schematics/BOM database. Qualifications Bachelors + 3 years experience or Master's/Ph D + 0 with thesis focus on RF related subject. EE/Physics (Electromagnetism related) Desired Experience Strong understanding in RF/microwave fundamentals and circuit theory including S-parameter circuit representation, Smith-Chart and basic concept of impedance matching. Conducting bench testing of new products at a system level. Development of reference design and evaluation printed circuit boards.

Supporting corporate New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts. Troubleshooting and optimizing customer systems which use Vicor Advanced products. Demonstrating system solutions and prototypes in front of the customer. Education / Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (MSEE a plus) Contact or experience with Blue Chip or Tier 1 VR customers desired. 5+ years' experience in Power Electronics Design, Product Development, or Applications Engineering. Excellent understanding of analog design and an analytical approach to engineering required.

Familiarity with feedback and other control systems. Familiarity with Intel VR specifications for CPU core or Memory a plus. Troubleshooting skills with basic power systems a plus. Familiarity with modeling and design tools such as Simulink MATLAB, Altium, SPICE, Simplis, and Simetrix. Comfortable with lab equipment used in the characterization and design of power supplies and systems (oscilloscopes, DMMs, Network Analyzers, EMI analyzers, loads, sources, etc. ) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting at a very technical level in front of customers.
