What You Will Do Support value creation efforts by analyzing process performance and developing key metrics to promote process improvement in safety, environmental, production, quality, and yield performance.
Collaborate with key site and divisional personnel to value and prioritize identified opportunities and outline execution strategies accordingly Optimize and improve process for Pulp Dryer operations Develop improvement projects and work with engineering teams
to implement innovative ideas Lead the systematic troubleshooting of process-related problems and leverage root cause analysis techniques to determine the appropriate repair scope Track and drive improvement in costs, energy, throughput, raw material consumption, and efficiency for process equipment Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering OR experience in a process engineering or optimization type role.
What Will Put You Ahead Experience working in Pulp Dryer areas and/or pulp and paper. Experience working with automated equipment in a manufacturing environment. Experience using PI for process data collection. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
