Job Responsibilities: Research, architect, implement and monitor security solutions including networks, servers, endpoints and storage across a wide variety of systems and data types Daily operations to ensure endpoint security solutions are deployed appropriately and configured as desired.
Interfacing with third party managed services team to triage events and take action upon endpoint security alerts. Identify, define and document security controls. Design and implement various encryption technologies including SSL/TLS, S/MIME, IPsec, Site to Site VPNs and data at rest encryption. Architect, implement and support internal and external PKI environments. Determine appropriate security controls for various cloud computing environments, with the ability to implement and operationalize them. Able to take highly technical information and present it to varied audiences in a manner easily understood. Hands on experience designing, implementing, operating and troubleshooting complex IT security solutions in a dynamic work environment. Job Summary The Operations Liaison reports to the Engineering Services (ES) Manager to provide operations support for the Power Uprate Project for Salem Units 1 and 2 to achieve project scope, schedule, budget and safety goals consistent with Nuclear and Station goals and regulatory requirements. Job Responsibilities Evaluate proposed plant operational changes and advise on operational risk for proposed project scope. Develop and revise operational procedures. Oversee modification testing development
and implementation. Interface with vendors, Licensing and NRC regarding operational issues, findings, open items and requests.
Interface with Operations Department subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify and resolve potential operational risk to support safe, efficient, cost effective operation of the Salem Units. Review design and proposed license changes for compliance with Technical Specifications and procedure impact. Perform 10CFR50.59 applicability reviews and Station Qualified Reviewer (SQR) reviews. Support implementation outages. Job Specific Qualifications Required: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technical area or equivalent education/experience 13 years of experience.
Prior or current SRO license at Westinghouse PWR technology, preferably at Salem Station. 5 years prior PWR experience Must meet the Nuclear Business Unit requirements for unescorted site access. Qualified (or capable of becoming qualified) as a SQR Reviewer and a 10CFR50.59 Evaluation preparer/reviewer. Preferred: Prior experiences in large plant projects and/or Power Uprates. qualified engineers are assigned to the project and maintain high quality technical human performance Monitor budget and schedule, approval of requisitions and milestone payments to suppliers Interface with the plant leadership peers to ensure continuous engagement by the plant stakeholders Provide oversight for various vendors and equipment OEMs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for 50.59, License Amendment Request preparation and any required supporting analysis. Provide oversight and approval for procurement specifications, design analyses, design basis calculations, system modifications, commissioning, closeout activates Job Responsibilities Balance Of Plant (BOP) Manager : Thermal performance of the secondary side of the plant, challenges with increase FW flow Feedwater heaters modification/replacements Booster pump and hotwell pump capacity Setpoint changes review related to transient conditions (runback, load reduction, loss of heater drain pumps) Condenser dump capacity review, TGV DP, MSSVs, FW pumps upgrade Feed Reg Valves backssment, modifications or replacement for increase Cv and/or for the exiting vibration issues Higher turbine exhaust flow and impact on Condenser Condensers Replace FW crossflow with DVR Job Specific Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or Physics Must have 10-15 years of engineering experience within a Commercial or Nuclear Power Plant industry Work effectively with a team to achieve team goals Support or manage large scale plant modifications Independently multi-task and resolve conflicting priorities Demonstrated Communication and presentation skills Demonstrated project management skills including Microsoft product usage (Excel, Word, Power Point).
