First point to note is that P&E Strategy operates as a unit with team members remaining flexible and ready to contribute across any of the four pillars and execute against priority business problems and projects. This role will be biased towards Provoke (Strategic Projects and Thought Leadership function of P&E Strategy), where the focus is to form, manage and deliver key strategic
projects P&E undertakes that span multiple products/functions and producing thought leadership that provokes action from Mastercard to use its unparalleled platform to have an impact for its customers and beyond.
Responsibilities: - Scanning market trends/developments and informing the product strategy agenda through research, analysis, market insights etc. - Partnering and managing relationships with product leaders and their teams to help them drive their execution agenda and deliver on their objectives; - Contributing strategic thinking and delivering key payment product strategy projects for different product lines, typically owning a specific portion of the project and/or work stream; - Conducting special, ad-hoc studies for to aid leadership in developing and/or framing their solutions; - Participating and attending leadership meetings, and contribute to senior level discussions; - Creating storylines to convey key messages and taking key stakeholder groups on a transformation journey; - Identifying strengths/weaknesses/opportunities in the business and collaborating to deliver strategies that stretch multiple product lines and multiple organization functions; - Formulating points of views, drafting thought provokers and publishing deliverables to instigate action; - Structuring and managing strategic initiatives undertaken across the P&E Strategy team e.

Experience: - Relevant Bachelor's Degree (e. g. economics, business, engineering, math, etc. ); - Enterprise strategy, management consulting or MBA degree strongly preferred; - Creative background in journalism (publication of ideas), communications or other design discipline (product, service, experience or other) are of particular interest; - Direct exposure to one of the following areas: financial services, payments, financial technology, e-commerce or related areas a plus; - Business background in covering technology investments, business transformation, financial services, payments, financial technology, e-commerce are also of interest.

sustaining Manufacturing Engineering team, based in Latham, NY, consists of 10 Manufacturing Engineers and 10+ other positions including Tool Designers, Industrial Engineers, IT specialists, etc. The Manufacturing Engineering team contains diverse backgrounds and expertise and is involved in a lot of exciting innovations in manufacturing processes and controls.
The Manufacturing Engineering team works in close collaboration with Design & Drafting, Design Engineering, Product Industrialization, Purchasing, and Quality team members. The Manufacturing Engineering office is co-located with R&D, so they may work hand in hand with Design to research and implement DFM ideas or improvements to
our products that will improve our customer's experience. In this role, you are responsible for: - Providing technical support for the manufacturing area in the execution of world class operational performance.
- Ensuring robust production process capability and control, including process specification documentation. - Leading process tooling development to optimize error proofing and safe and efficient labor application. - Initiating, facilitating, and sustaining support for continuous improvement activities (Kaizen events) in the assigned area of subject matter expertise. - Leading and/or supporting Structured Problem Solving to remedy deviations to short interval control (Daily Management)
expectations. - Being responsible for area Technical Product (Standard Work) documents.
- Collaborating with EH&S, Design, Quality and Operations colleagues to ensure effective Design transfer to production. - Establishing and assuring adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance.
