is accountable for implementing the site Validation Program to ensure compliance with Colgate Global Quality Standard 022 - Process Qualification, Validation and Control and any applicable regulatory requirements.

Owns the Validation Strategy to ensure coverage of all critical plant activities such as new formulas, formula changes, new or upgraded process or packaging equipment, laboratory instruments & equipment, Cleaning & Sanitization (C&S) processes, water & critical utility systems, computer control systems, etc. Ensures site Validation Program appropriately connects to other plant quality systems such as Management of Change (Mo C), Technology Transfer, Calibration, Facilities &

Equipment and Preventive Maintenance. Responsibilities Include: Conduct risk analysis to settle scope and priority of validation activities across the site (required but not limited to: Equipment, C&S, Water and Critical Utilities, Process Validation as per Technology Transfer requirements, etc.

) Develop, implement and supervise the Validation Master Plan (VMP) and communicate compliance throughout the site Implement procedures to ensure development, implementation and monitoring of an effective validation program Lead site validation meetings, ensuring involvement, support and engagement from Engineering, Operations, site Water and C&S Teams, Technology Transfer/Quality Engineer, and Analytical and Microbiology Lab Supervisors and other customers as needed.

Work with Engineering to ensure Design Qualification (DQ) is required for equipment that is specifically crafted or purchased off the shelf for Colgate manufacturing applications. Prepare and ensure execution of protocols and reports of Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) for equipment and control systems as identified in the risk analysis. Ensure change control is accurately led and well detailed if a change or revalidation is required.

Support and ensure the accurate execution and documentation of Process Validation (PV) during the Technology Transfer Process as required Establish an ongoing periodic process to review routine production to ensure the validated manufacturing processes and systems remain in a state of control (e. g. Continued Process Verification), including but not limited to incoming materials, in-process materials and finished products. Support the periodic reporting of critical quality attributes that are controlled throughout the process to ensure they consistently meet Key Release Specifications (KRS) according to the target of Process Capability Index (Cpk) or Performance Capability Index (Ppk).

Support the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigation and identifying Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) if process capability does not meet the Process Capability Index (Cpk) or Performance Capability Index (Ppk) targets Report and communicate on a monthly basis the status of Validation Master Plan and Validation Status Ensure validation documentation is accurately maintained, acting as site administrator and ensuring compliance (i. e. KNEAT software) Ensure Process Capability Key Performance Indicators (performance indicators) are measured, communicated and used as tools to drive continuous improvement.

Support, review and follow up on action plans from internal and external audits to ensure compliance of Quality Standards and applicable external regulatory requirements Adapt new technologies and systems to the site Quality System Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related science (or equivalent combination of education and experience) required. Engineer is accountable for leading technical coordination of site activities related to new or changed raw materials, formulas, products, processes and packaging.

Collaborate with plant functions (Operations, Engineering, Quality, Planning etc. ) and Global Technology Centers (GTCs), Supply Chain, Packaging, Procurement, Technical Manager and other customers to ensure site compliance with Colgate Global Quality Standard 021 - Technology Transfer. Responsibilities Include: Coordinate the plant implementation of projects related to new or changes of raw materials, product, formulas or processes without compromising product quality, following the processes established by the Technology

Transfer standard. Use project management tools for timely bring together and transfer of critical project information for projects according to the grid Ensure Management of Change (MOC) is well detailed for any raw material, formula or process change Leader of Experimental Manufacturing Orders (EMOs) for the site.

Coordinate EMO activities and meetings in the plant, ensuring activities in the electronic technology transfer (e TT) checklist are completed and/or gaps are identified and raised. Prepare EMO Reports, bring together and follow up on forward actions to ensure closure. Ensure collection, shipment and follow up of EMO stability samples for GTC as needed.

Ensure each project is detailed through the e TT process, and ensure each phase is approved by the appropriate functional area such as Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Global Design & Packaging, Regulatory and Technology. Control the information of all active formulas, labels and packaging in SAP Product Data Management (PDM) system, SAP Bills of Material (BOMs), plant manufacturing systems (e. g. Wonderware, In Batch, OPERA, etc. ). Ensure formulas, packaging and processes are validated before activation. Perform or support plant/local level approvals of new labels in the artwork approval system (BEAT) if and when required.

Ensure new labels have been approved in BEAT and perform the Component Alignment process before activating for use in production. In coordination with Technical Manager, ensure meetings for review and communication of projects with GTC, Plant, Regulatory, Engineering and Packaging to have two-way communication to provide regular and timely feedback on the projects Review documentation for specific projects at critical stages where key issues are raised (EMO, Pre Launch Readiness, Post Launch reviews) Hold formal post-launch technical reviews between Technology, Quality, and Supply Chain to review the adaptability of the Technology Transfer.

Technology Transfer is not complete until Technology, Quality and Supply Chain have approved the post launch review. Support in periodic reporting of critical quality attributes that are controlled throughout the process to ensure they consistently meet Key Release Specifications (KRS) according to the target of Process Capability Index (Cpk) or Performance Capability Index (Ppk) for all formulae produced in the site. While thisposition has the same overall responsibilities as all levels for managing, monitoring and controlling projectsto ensure that they safely achieve the project deliverables within the approved scope, cost and schedule. The Portfolio Project Development role is tailored to lead the project during the project development phase. This phase occurs during the initial stages of engineering. The goal of the position is to refine projects to eliminate unknowns/risks by developing detailed scope, estimates, schedules, and execution plans while interacting with multiple internal/external teams. Thedetailed scopes, estimates,

schedules, and execution plans that are developed during the projectdevelopment phase will be assembled and transitioned to the project management organization forexecution of the project.

Responsibilities include: Providing a technical review of the project solution. Leading the refinement of project scope documents. Coordination of multiple internal/external support teams to ensure project assumptions are vetted and resolved. Hosting site walk downs and multiple project execution discussions. Determine and resolve anyproject constructability concerns. Reviewing project documents for clarity and completeness -- examples include scope documents, project plans, contracts, equipment and construction bid packages, requisitions, Bills of Material or Material Requests for Issue, Task Authorizations, and Engineering Work Requests.

Reviewing project and contract budgets for adequacy and completeness. Ensure budget revisions aremade and documented when required. Ensuring change management protocols are followed to maintain complete documentation of changes in scope, schedule and cost. Providing project status reports including recurring, standard and ad hoc reports that address thestatus of scope, budget and schedule for the assigned projects.

Also develop reports that identify risks with a mitigation strategy. Obtaining concurrence (or buy-in) from affected departments to support the proposed schedule andresource requirements. Supporting the development of detailed project estimates including contingency. Developing, with input of project team, the strategic and tactical execution plan for the project. Coordinating outage availability with operations and submit outage requests per PJM/Internaltimelines. Coordinating the equipment purchase/delivery plans to ensure efficient project execution. Forecasting contractor/internal resource levels needed to support execution.

Ensuring adequacy of Project Team membership and participation. Responsible for overseeing theactivities of consultants and assigned contractors. Communicating project goals, priorities and decisions to the Region/Corporate Leadership Team. Developing detailed project forecasts and ensure project challenge meetings, peer reviews andassessments are performed. Working with Project Controls to develop and update the project schedule. Identifying and notify the Project Team of additional resources or requirements necessary to meet the project scope or schedule Developing and maintaining project status documents for handoff to project managementorganization.

Developing and communicating lessons learned by leading a project review process. Supporting the Rate Development Process for formula recovery locations. Coordinating with Portfolio Management Team to develop the multiyear portfolio. Qualifications include: Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Construction Management or related field is required. Minimum of 3 years' related experience required. In lieu of degree, consideration will be given to applicants having 7 years related experience or 5 years transmission experience.

Related experience includes project organization, engineering, finance, construction, project management, planning or project controls. Strong project management skills are required with a demonstrated ability to develop, manage andcontrol multiple tasks. Experience with project management tools such as Primavera, MS Project, etc. with related Scheduling/Resource Planning expertise is preferred.
