Registered Structural Professional Engineer (P. E. ) in the United States. This role requires a facility-specific clearance that requires U. S. Citizenship. Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Minimum Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft office programs, VISIO, and other common computer programs. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to utilize office automation tools effectively.

In this position, the engineer will support design development of Mechanical systems and equipment (including HVAC and Fire Protection) for project(s) by preparing studies, drawings, calculations, material requisitions, engineering specifications, data sheets, evaluation, and more in accordance with applicable procedures, codes, standards, and contract requirements. The engineer will work with other mechanical engineers, other disciplines/functions,

Responsibilities Coordinate within the mechanical group and other disciplines/functions independently in developing system designs and equipment identification in a team environment. Resolve technical issues related to the discipline independently including any required interface with other disciplines, functions, vendors, and/or client.
