Primary Purpose of the Role Engineer solutions for RSC and retail-ready display corrugated requests for all applicable consumer and food service accounts as directed by the Packaging Engineering Manager meeting both internal and external partner-defined guidelines. Essential Job Duties Collaborate with packaging peers to discover and conceptualize PIP cost savings initiatives with a direct focus on packaging

components to determine feasibility and use cost-benefit analysis to calculate and analyze the expected ROI for both food service and consumer facilities. Work collaboratively with the Packaging Engineering Team for retail ready pallet display builds from concept to refined design(s) including all customer and operational requirements with structural engineering that meets internal and external standards while optimizing manufacturing and labor efficiencies best practices.

Set up and promote pertinent packaging requirements in PIM (product information management) for SKUs to include complete technical documentation (instructions, CAD drawings, and specifications) as directed by the

Packaging Engineering Manager. Participate and contribute to Kaizen Events and 6's activities as directed by our executive management and leadership team.

Co-responsible for maintaining the corrugated part number database and requesting part number publication from BOM for applicable programs in LX (Enterprise Application Software). Assist with sizing and designing poly film CAD templates in preparation for graphics application for product overwraps and or bags for both consumer and food service facilities. Work with required departments and vendors as needed to schedule, prepare, and attain passing ISTA (International Standards and Testing Association) test results for all applicable displays and packaging.

Assist Process Improvement Team with trial requests as assigned with a direct focus on packaging-related initiatives. As needed work in collaboration with affected departments in the development and implementation of SOP, JIB, SW, and or QC control documents as needed. Assist with miscellaneous tasks as directed by the Packaging Engineering Manager. Assist with performing preproduction First Article Inspections (FAIs) internally and externally as requested. Assist with identifying, documenting, and reconciling vendor packaging quality concerns with QC, Procurement, and/or Vendor as needed.

Support operations in troubleshooting packaging quality concerns and reconciliation of issues utilizing Root Cause Analysis. Provides active support and participation in safety-related projects as an active member of the Creative Converting/Hoffmaster Group safety culture. Follows and maintains all Food Safety, GMP, and HACCP Guidelines. Help support the Plant Engineering Team in the installation of new packaging equipment by validating packaging material designs and assisting in equipment qualification and start-up. Work in collaboration with both consumer and food service logistics teams to optimize packaging and minimizing shipping costs.

Work in collaboration to right size finished goods pallets for storage within internal warehouse racking. Required Skills and Abilities • Experience with managing multiple tasks with multiple " customers" simultaneously. • Understanding of ISTA testing protocols and procedures. • Basic design experience utilizing 2D/3D CAD Software, TOPS, Adobe Illustrator preferred, and willingness to develop proficiency. • Computer skills (Microsoft Office/Excel/Word/Power Point), Auto CAD, TOPS, (Adobe Suite/Illustrator/Photoshop).

This is a New Part Coordinator position within the structural/mechanical engineering group responsible for completing new Gulfstream aircraft. The primary job function is to review and manage new part and assembly configurations and backss where existing parts can

be applied in their place. This position will also participate in technical review meetings of these new configurations, analyzing validating proposed solutions. Job responsibilities include: • Review new configurations of parts and assemblies, evaluating opportunities to modify designs to utilize existing configurations.

• Assist design engineers with questions regarding the creation of new configurations and review new data items to ensure data created matches latest approved standards. • Attend technical review meetings. Necessary skills include: • Ability to review large amounts of data thoroughly and accurately. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient with Catia

V5 or other 3D modeling software. • Experience with Smarteam or other PLM system.
