Continuous Improvement - Accountable for developing at our Company Production System (MPS) and continuous improvement culture while achieving MPS Targets and business results for the Shift(s). Report Shift(s) monthly metrics and any action plans to address gaps to the Area Lead.
Identify, prioritize, and champion improvement projects to improve process efficiency, cycle time, and yield, reduce process variability, and eliminate waste. The Maintenance Technician will support all aspects of the physical operations of our 834-unit apartment community, as part of a large Huntington Place team. This work includes the responsibility to ensure
that Aeon standards are met in each of the following areas: preventative maintenance, safety and security, physical condition, market appeal, customer service promises, and utility conservation standards.
The Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Maintenance Manager. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: The completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned by performing a wide variety of general maintenance and repair functions including: Plumbing Electrical Appliance repair Air handler and general HVAC maintenance Lock changes Apartment turnovers Preventative maintenance Installation and repair of window coverings, doors, cabinets, light fixtures,

Assists fertilize or herbicide lawn, shrubs, and trees using ground spreader or sprayers. Assist in repair of roads, walks, buildings, and mechanical equipment, and may clean comfort stations, offices, workshop areas, and parking lots by sweeping, washing,
mopping, and polishing. Follow OSHA and company safety rules and regulations.
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language. Demonstrate interpersonal skills to work well within a team environment with a customer-focused approach and aptitude for continuous improvement serving internal and external customers.
