Duties and Responsibilities: Create maintenance purchase orders and lead the restocking of spare parts through all phases including requesting, receiving, and inventory control via company CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Check all guest rooms hallways and remove dirty dishes and trash. Vacuum all lobby areas and back of house hallways, carpets, and stairwells. Responsible for removing trash from all offices, service
corridors and public areas. Ensure all hotel entrances are clean and free of debris. Responsible for cleaning restaurant dining room, meeting rooms and function spaces.
Sweep, scrub and mop floors and tiled areas in spa, restaurant, restrooms and back of house hallways. Ensure lobby furniture is dusted and organized in a professional manner. Clean spa facilities (treatment rooms, resting area, and locker rooms) after closing. Assist in snow removal if needed. Perform any other special cleaning projects requested by the Executive Housekeeper. efficiently. Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred.

Plant grass, flowers, and shrubs, water lawn and shrubs during dry periods, using hose or activating sprinkler system, pick up and burn or cart away leaves, paper or other litter; repair and paint fences, gates, benches, tables, guardrails, and outbuildings. Assists fertilize or herbicide lawn, shrubs, and trees using ground spreader or sprayers. Assist in repair of roads, walks, buildings, and mechanical equipment, and may clean comfort stations, offices, workshop areas, and parking lots by sweeping, washing,
mopping, and polishing. Follow OSHA and company safety rules and regulations.
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language. Adheres to Property Control Plan for management of Government Furnished Property (GFP).
