D. a one year certificate from college or technical school desirable; plus

three years combined experience in electrical plant maintenance, equipment maintenance (trouble shooting, preventive etc.

) and general mechanical maintenance (hydraulics, fabrication, welding, etc. ); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires experience in use and programming of Programmable Logic Controllers. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, and safety regulations. Ability to write reports, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from ball production employees. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES Requires ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings, blueprints, specifications and, other technical information. Establish the level of sanitation and maintain appropriate documentation to meet or exceed the standards set by regulatory agencies. Provide engineering counsel and leadership in establishing and refining preventative maintenance programs, employee training, manpower scheduling techniques, parts room inventory, efficiency improvement programs, regulatory compliance programs etc. Direct the activity of the Maintenance Engineers and Supervisors to insure proper and timely

repairs and projects. Establish work measurement techniques and determine the effectiveness and needed improvements of the maintenance group.

Perform engineering analysis to determine the root cause of the most critical and repetitive failures. Analyze equipment history to identify specific failures and effectively address them. Administer the PM/PPM programs and inventory for all equipment. Use of the latest predictive maintenance technology for review and refinement. Support and achieves corporate goals. Avoid waste and misuse of product and materials. Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; completes performance reviews and provides feedback to direct reports.
