Position Details Performs work on doing general floor care maintenance is large areas operating power cleaning equipment as assigned by Environmental Services Director. Performs work on general maintenance assignments as assigned by maintenance supervisor.
Maintains proper appearance of interior and exterior maintenance of building and grounds. Completes basic repairs in and around the organization as assigned by supervisor. Performs other duties for departments such as floor care and general security as assigned by supervisor. What You Offer Previous maintenance, lawn care, floor care or security experience
is a plus. Must be a motivated self-starter. Valid driver's license. Must be able to pass background study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
