2. Completes all maintenance and repair work lists as provided by the Facility Director. Tasks will include routine plumbing, drywall repair, painting, light electrical, carpentry, landscaping, snow removal, machine servicing, etc. 3. Completes all maintenance tasks in a timely fashion minimizing downtime due to facility failures ensuring a positive member experience.

4. Assists with routine general maintenance such as simple room setups for meetings, moving furniture and performing heavier cleaning as necessary or as directed by the Facility Director.

5. Maintains all required logs, records and documentation necessary to uphold compliance with municipal codes, Branch procedures and association policy. 6. Accesses computer to print and record Facility Dude work order information. 7. Perform basic mechanical repairs and maintain cleaning of building and grounds equipment as directed. 8. Notifies Facility Director of supply stock shortages to maintain adequate inventories. 9. May be scheduled to travel to multiple YMCA Branches to complete repairs or

maintenance service as necessary. 10. Knows and adheres to all center/core service line policies and procedures related to equipment, chemical safety, employee conduct rules and other regulations.

11. Ensures the facility is well cleaned and maintained; including owning communication from and to the Lead Custodian, Housekeeping Manager, Facility Director, other leadership staff and coworkers. 12. Sweeps, mops, vacuums, and cleans assigned areas. Washes walls, windows, light fixtures, lockers, etc. 13. Collects and removes scrap and refuse as necessary and directed. Cleans and sanitizes lavatories, showers, wash basins, etc. Replenishes supplies such as soap, towels and tissues as specified by supervisor and as indicated on daily duty checklist.

As a Carpet Maintenance Worker, your primary responsibility will be custodial duties involved with cleaning, sanitizing, and restoring carpets and hard floors within the office buildings Supreme Building Maintenance is contracted to service.

Additional duties include: Conduct carpet cleaning, including spot removal and deep cleaning, to maintain the appearance and hygiene of carpeted areas, Perform floor maintenance tasks, such as waxing, stripping, and buffing, to ensure a polished and safe walking surface, Use specialized

equipment and chemicals to achieve desired results for carpet and floor care, Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Minimum qualifications: Previous experience in janitorial work and specialized cleaning services (carpet cleaning, waxing/stripping floors) is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols for specialized cleaning services. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting furniture (up to 80lbs), bending, and pushing/pulling cleaning machines, such as the carpet extractor. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Must be able to work effectively in a team environment. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
