HWY 12 South Ashland City, TN 37015 The Job You Will Perform: We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of lead functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity.

Specific responsibilities include leading all aspects of the maintenance department, to include: maintenance crewing, repair/maintenance of production equipment to optimize machine reliability, preventive maintenance initiatives, on-going equipment troubleshooting and repair of machines as well as managing parts/service

sourcing including onsite contractors. Candidates must be willing to work alternative shifts, weekends and overtime as required. The hiring process for successful candidates will include a pre-employment aptitude test and team interview.

The Skills You Will Bring: Minimum qualifications for consideration are a high school degree (or equivalent experience) and five years of maintenance lead experience with at least 2 years with the same employer. Highly-qualified candidates would possess a NFPA 70E electrical certification or degree. Maintenance experience in the corrugated industry or similar manufacturing environment is preferred. Candidates for consideration should have troubleshooting

skills in industrial, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical failures and the aptitude to correct those failures.

Accurately completing administrative documents and following directions are important work traits. Candidates must demonstrate technical experience, reliability and the ability to work independently. Candidates for this position must also be well versed in various computer systems (word, outlook, excel, etc. ) and have experience in entering and maintaining PO’s, maintenance work orders and PM’s for the Ashland City Facility. Successful candidates will possess strong leadership and organizational skills while also assisting the maintenance techs, as well as performing regular maintenance tasks on the floor on a daily basis.

Job Description The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overall supervision and coordination of maintenance department activities related to the setup, installation, maintenance and repair of equipment, tools and machinery to ensure non-stop operation of the plant/location assigned. Responsibilities Direct staff of mechanics/technicians in electrical, electronic, mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic

maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment Assist and direct workers in diagnosis of malfunctions in equipment and machinery Observe mechanical devices and equipment to determine proper functioning and identify root causes of malfunctions.

Provide and implement corrective actions to address Work with operations to prioritize equipment/form repairs based on operational demand Interprets company policies and safety regulations to ensure compliance and safe work environment Recommends and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product Plan and implement a schedule of routine and preventative maintenance procedures and assign and monitor
