Clears clogged drains, and replaces plumbing fixtures. Operates welding machine to repair or join metal parts. Replaces lights, lens covers, installs parking signs and poles. Performs asphalt, concrete and epoxy floor repairs. Operates snow removal

equipment to maintain parking lots and sidewalks. Performs minor demo of existing structures, walls, ceiling, floors etc. Sheetrock patch paint and texture Be able to complete installation, repair, and do basic dock leveler repair on garage doors Install corrugated steel walls from start to finish including purling, J-channel, and sheeting Fabricate hand and guard rails Install electrical outlets, switches, and motors HVAC - Change filters, pads and copper and poly tubing water lines, Replace pumps and winterize units.
