a minimum of 50 lbs.
repeatedly for an entire work shift Ability to work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, dust, noise, and cold Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
Preferred: Skidsteer/Bobcat experience Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, and materials Experience working near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis Experience working in undeveloped areas, difficult terrain, steep hills, rocky ground, and wet and muddy conditions Elite Development offers a salary of $20 - $23 per hour (depending upon experience), a competitive benefits package, and potential for advancement to a Construction Manager position.
