As a Security Guard - Doorman, you make a meaningful impact and undertake a vital role. Your presence and vigilance are instrumental in ensuring the overall safety and security of our establishment. Your primary responsibilities involve checking IDs and verifying their authenticity as well as preventing theft and monitoring the premises. Should any security concerns or incidents arise, your
quick response and resolution skills diffuse the situation and handle any threats. You also make sure our guests follow the rules and prevent them from sneaking in, taking drinks out, or bringing in weapons.

Daily Responsibilities: Administer and coordinate security activities in accordance with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with National Policy. Establish and maintain liaison with government agencies, external customers, contractor employees, and managers. Administer all day-to-day program, operational and administrative support to PMO, government, program personnel and vendors. Develop, review, and maintain Program
Protection Plans, Security Classification Guides and Policy documents. Provide classification management support and reviews. Administer security indoctrinations, refresher briefings, and debriefings.
Update all security management systems with personnel actions taken. Operate and maintain a security education training and awareness program to include indoctrinations, annual refresher training, debriefings, and program specific training. Effectively manage all phases of an inquiry or investigation. Prepare incident reports and mitigation requirements as necessary. Attend and support program team meetings and provide program guidance, decision, policies, and procedures. Oversight of the
processing of new employee security clearances to include actions within government systems of record DISS, JADE, e CPRL.
Responsible for interpreting policies and develops/implements appropriate security plans and procedures. Pass and exceed minimum expectations with government backssments and inspections. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications Bachelors Degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, or a Masters Degree and 6 years of experience. Additional work experience may be considered in lieu of degree. US Citizenship DOD Top Secret/SCI security clearance, or the ability to obtain one is required. SAP (Special Access Programs) Experience Introduction to Special Access Programs CDSE Certification is a plus.
CSSO Course Certificate is a plus. Target Salary Range $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
