on the interior and exterior of the property. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Follows detailed scheduled and worksheet for cleaning buildings and common areas. Change and wash all linens and towels in building quarters and common areas. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.

Clean and polish furniture, light fixtures, and ceiling fans. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors. Clean and dust patio furniture and fixtures. Restocks inventory of cabin contents such as shampoo, soap, first aid kits. Cleans kitchen areas including countertops, refrigerators, and ovens. Stocks cabin kitchen items with basic supplies such as plastic bags, dish soap,

snacks and drinks. Gather and empty trash in living quarters and public areas. Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment. Move and arrange furniture and turn mattresses.

Make adjustments and to heating, cooling and ventilating systems. Drives company vehicles to buildings and transports cleaning supplies. Replace most interior and exterior light bulbs using a 12-foot ladder. Reports any damages, maintenance problems, or issues to the Office Manager. Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, and chairs to prepare facilities for company events and meetings. Ensures all living quarters are cleaned and prepared for guest arriving. Make beds, clean, and organize cabins while guests

are away on property. Wash, iron, and fold dining room linens such as napkins and tablecloths.

Deliver any items requested by guests to cabins. Basic cleaning and trash removal of the main office and maintenance office. Water plants indoors and outdoors as needed. Assist the chef in preparing and serving meals while guests are on property. Prepare public dining areas for mealtimes by setting tables, making coffee, refilling water whiles guests are on property. Assist the chef in cleaning up the dining room, kitchen area and dishes after guests dine in the public dining areas. Travel off property for various runs such as grocery shopping or picking up other store items such as cleaning supplies.

Assist the chef in grocery shopping as needed. Assist in the office as needed with filing and other general office duties. EDUCATION AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Valid Driver's license with a good driving record required. Housekeeping experience preferred. Hospitality experience preferred. SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must be mature, neat in appearance, courteous, friendly, and outgoing; and know what to do or say in dealing with people. Ability to operate a vacuum cleaner, and report malfunctions as they occur. Must be able to learn and comprehend all company policies pertaining to position and employment.

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Ability to see problem areas that may arise in individual rooms and be able to communicate these problems to the Ranch Operations Manager. Must possess a sense of discretion and confidentiality. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires good use of hands to grasp, handle and reach, with fine finger manipulation, sensitivity, and touch. In a general office environment and accomplish tasks and duties at outlined above. Position is active with frequent walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, and reaching in all directions.

Must be able to climb and balance on a step stool and a 12-foot ladder to change light bulbs, clean, handle decorations. Required to occasionally operate a vehicle (company suburban and a 4-wheeler) on behalf of the company. Position involves working in climate-controlled and non-climate controlled environments and constantly moving in between environments on a daily basis. Lobby, corridor, or in the back of the house are to be returned to Lost and Found with the following information: Date, where found and finder's name.

 Before leaving a guest room, give the entire room one last inspection.  Notify Housekeeping that the room is clean and whether it is occupied or vacant.  Restock your card, remove any trash and dirty linen, at the end of the shift so it is ready for the next day.  Respond to guest questions.  Provide guest assistance, directions, and information as requested.  Report all suspicious persons or activities, hazardous conditions, etc. to the Safety/Security Department.
