With your superior organizational skills, you set up, execute, and manage a Banquet Event Order (BEO) in multiple rooms. Before guests arrive, you take a walk through all of the event rooms to ensure that everything is ready to go. As a team player, you assist other banquet servers with the set-up and breakdown of tables, chairs, and banquet material as directed by the manager on duty.
