Ensure the highest possible standards of guest services by properly listening and responding to guest and team members' concerns and questions. Ensures complete guest satisfaction. Greet customers arriving and departing customers.. Keep front drive area and parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized.

Direct motorists to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights, as necessary. Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle or property thefts. Take numbered tags from customers, locate vehicles, and deliver vehicles, or provide customers with instructions for locating vehicles. Lift, position, and remove barricades to open

or close parking areas. May assist with luggage. Develop a good understanding of layout and be able to give directions to all areas in the hotel including pool.

Be able to supply the guest with all the information that they need to be able to enjoy their stay. Answering Guest inquiries i. e. directions. Recommending local area restaurants, points of interest, or needs for transportation. Handling guest needs by following up with requests, questions, or problem resolution. Utilize provided parking application to inventory, track and keep count guest vehicles. Must be able to work all shifts or varying schedules to support business needs. Ensures Security for the hotel's customers, employees,

and property assets. Maintain clean and tidy appearance and a clean and tidy work area.

Assist in departmental training efforts. Demonstrate and promote KLECH core values and MAD skills. Manage and maintain security of confidential information entrusted to position. Attend and satisfactorily complete all required training as assigned. Monitor compliance with Federal currency transaction reporting requirements, Title 31 requirements and IRS Currency Transaction Reports and property established Anti-Money Laundering policies. Maintain accurate MTL, MIL, CTR and SAR as needed. Minimum Requirements to Qualifications: Must have a clean driving record. Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience. Must have a valid Driver's License. Be able to withstand working in an outdoor environment where extreme cold and extreme hot including rainy weather may impact comfort levels. Ability to physically run back and forth from building to garage.

About one block distance. Strong communication skills in English both written and oral. Spanish or other language skills a plus. Other Criteria: Qualified Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas Members and qualified Native American preference is observed. Skills and Abilities: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to maintain effective relationships with the General Manager, Directors, Managers and all staff. Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, stressful environment. Ability to meet multiple deadlines and multi-task. Ability to have strong critical thinking, analytical and guest service skills.

Must possess a positive attitude with strong organizational and leadership qualities. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions. Ability to understand complex instructions and material. Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with individuals of varying social and cultural backgrounds and with co-workers of all levels. Ability to work effectively with individuals and demonstrate leadership and team building skills with empathy and enthusiasm.

Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to follow and comply with established Casino guest service programs. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this position, the team member is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, push, pull, bend for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; talk and listen on a regular basis. The team member must be able to concentrate for prolonged periods. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception. The team member must be able to communicate effectively in person or using telecommunications equipment.

The team member must have the hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate a keyboard, touch-screen display, telephone and calculator. Frequently lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. Work Environment: Normal office setting and casino floor. Frequent walking and standing in a smoke filled environment and frequent contact with the general public. Temperature controlled environment with varying noise levels. May be exposed to high levels of noise throughout the day. Extended hours and irregular shifts may be required including nights, weekends and holidays.

Must be able to perform under pressure and work long hours under stressful conditions. May be exposed to the risks associated in attempting to resolve issues with difficult guests and extremely irate staff members. May be exposed to various types of lighting including, but not limited to: artificial fluorescent lights, flashing lights, strobe lights, multiple colored lights, etc. Travel may be required to perform one or more essential functions of this position. Conditions of Employment: Must be able to obtain and retain a KTTT Gaming Commission License, including successful completion of background check necessary to obtain and maintain license.

Responsible to keep all documents current and valid at all times. Must be able to provide authorization to work in the United States. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have access to reliable transportation to commute to and from work. Must comply with KLEC handbook, internal policy and procedures, and gaming regulations set within KLEC. Must participate in tip reporting program.

Partnership Coordinators play a direct role in achieving Best Friends Animal Society's no-kill mission and goal by providing assistance in developing and implementing lifesaving programming, coordinating and performing hands-on lifesaving work, within priority partner shelters to help them achieve no-kill status.

Coordinators act with urgency to accomplish important tasks and play a direct role in achieving Best Friends Animal Society's no-kill mission and organizational success. Coordinators may receive intensive assignments in a particular program, based on organizational needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrate kindness and the Golden Rule in our everyday actions

by practicing inclusion and respect for every person for the value they bring to the table. Be a role model for the spirit of authenticity, kindness and positive influence with each other, our visitors, and volunteers as well as to the animals every day.

This includes listening, being present, being supportive of others and demonstrating compassion and curiosity in conflict. Coordinate and conduct shelter partner support activities including working directly with shelter staff on a day-to-day basis as needed on sustainable lifesaving programs in accordance with partnerships, MOUs or contracts, including participating in direct, hands-on lifesaving work. Lead and empower volunteers and

volunteer teams in support of programs with the goal of utilizing volunteers to the greatest extent possible to expand Best Friends lifesaving capacity; deliver and lead superior customer service.

Serve as a mission ambassador, representing Best Friends' mission and vision within partner shelters; supporting training, mentoring; participate in developing resources for partner shelters on proven programs support their success in achieving no-kill; support the maintenance of statistics within targeted partners shelters. Develop comprehensive knowledge of Best Friends' and community partner programs to best match individuals and organizations to opportunities to support lifesaving or deliver or receive services.

Work collaboratively with and assist Best Friends' team members in all areas of operations to develop, evolve, and implement efficient processes to achieve lifesaving goals; follow policies, procedures, and task lists, including accurate and timely communications, work completion, data entry, and recordkeeping. Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace, valuing, and modeling safe work practices, adhering to organizational safety practices and rules, and communicating about unsafe practices and conditions. Skills & Experience: Background working or volunteering in animal shelters, preferably in a municipal, government or private shelter with contractual animal control responsibilities is strongly preferred; ability to work in an environment that is not no-kill, remaining professional, nonjudgmental, and supportive of that shelter's staff.

Experience with community cat programming is preferred. Experience with and ability to drive large multi-passenger vehicles. Experience leading teams and implementing programs preferred but not required. Strong communication skills. Bilingual or multi-lingual skills preferred but not required.

Customer-centric, non-judgmental approach to engaging with adopters, partners, visitors, volunteers, and colleagues; familiarity and comfort with a conversational adoption process. Ability to work with, leash, kennel, walk, and handle cats and dogs, including those with health and/or behavior conditions/concerns. Strong interpersonal skills, a team player, personable, professional, and able to get along with people from different backgrounds, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Abilityto work in a fast-paced environment withwell-developedorganization skillsto juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.

Resourceful, get-it-done attitude; initiative to assist in any area or process; problem solving, seeking answers independently and enthusiastically; flexibility to persist until goals are achieved. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; familiarity with shelter software/animal management software, or desire to learn. Physical Requirements: Must be able to: Routinely lift 40 pounds and perform daily strenuous activity including, but not limited to lifting, carrying, reaching, stooping, squatting, cleaning, and bending. Perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time including typing, sitting, walking, arm, and hand motion.

Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions including extreme heat and cold. Exposure to dogs, cats and other animals of all sizes, temperaments, and medical status. Valid driver's license, meeting Best Friends Animal Society's driver qualification standards; ability to travel, including overnight stays, when needed. Daily hours and days of the week may vary according to the needs of the department schedule; position includes weekends, nights, and holiday work. Travel up to 20%.
