Develop test plans, test cases, and scripts for user acceptance testing. Thoroughly test new functionality, integrations, and configurations in testing environments to ensure requirements are fulfilled. Continue to support users and solve process/configuration issues after implementation during stabilization. Create training materials and quick reference guides.

Conduct end-user training on new ERP processes and system functionality. Continually identify areas of improvement, solve user issues, and enhance how the organization utilizes the ERP for maximizing ROI.
