Considering each participant's vocational evaluation, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) work requirements, and needed accommodations, you find the perfect Work Experience Program (WEP) assignments and employment opportunities for them. You use our Fedcap CARES program to run reports, then use the data to plan daily and weekly tasks. You find jobs that align with the skills and interests of our participants and require at least thirty hours per week.
