Work with the Talent team to meet hiring targets and meet organizational business goals Perform other duties, as needed Qualification: 1+ year of relevant work experience Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree Strong desire to grow a career in Recruitment and/or HR Microsoft Office Suite proficient (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc. ) Social Media savvy Solid problem solving and time management skills Exceptional phone etiquette Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized
