Partner with Sourcing Specialist to ensure execution of employment activities (recruiting, screening, interviewing, selecting, and orienting) for the hourly workforce, as well as the salaried workforce in coordination with the plant management team. Suggest changes to new employee orientation, ongoing training initiatives, employee relations counseling, and exit interviews. Provides feedback to Sourcing Specialist around review of applications and interview applicants to fill entry-level and technical job openings. Represents AC Snacks in local job fairs. Manages headcount and other key indicators.

Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field or equivalent experience. Bilingual English/Spanish skills At least 5 years' work experience in an HR generalist role. At least one year in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, Workers Compensation, Safety and OSHA regulations, and all applicable employment laws.
