Interfaces, CPU and Displays International Travel Position Activities: Lead installation of Bioassay Laboratory equipment and connect, wire, power-up, test, tune, and troubleshoot instruments.
Train customers on proper start up, operation, shut down, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
Recommend additional warranties or service plans. Assist with spare part ordering and recommend purchase of replacement parts or tooling. Act as the face of the company to customers and ensure all questions are answered and concerns are addressed. Repair and upgrade analyzers, provide remote assistance when customers need help solving minor problems. Required: 3+ years hands-on installation,
