Equipment Used: This position requires the use of many tools, which include an HVAC basic tool kit, infrared thermometers, digital thermometers, combustible gas detectors, digital carbon monoxide detectors. Other tools include the computer, with programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Express, the Johnson's Control Metasys System, and a Facilities Maintenance Software.
