Support Technical teams to install, remove, convert, perform preventive maintenance, and prepare games, set options and repair games in a field environment.
Support various projects including new casino openings and expansions. Successfully delegate to peer staff on various system projects. Knowledge share with internal and external customers on new products. Maintain accurate inventory of parts issued. Document repair, preventive maintenance, machine prep, standard power analysis and pre-site work. Follow documentation, policies and procedures and perform tasks with minimal supervision. Reading and translating wiring diagrams.
Resolve technical problems and perform program upgrades, and download set up. Testing programs with various verification devices. Troubleshoot with input and output tests. Set up game options and test various devices. Test pay table, reel strip and bonus awards. Install, repair and maintain data lines, fiber optics, and telephone lines.
