Support Technical teams to install, remove, convert, perform preventive maintenance, and prepare games, set options and repair games in a field environment.

Support various projects including new casino openings and expansions. Successfully delegate to peer staff on various system projects. Document repair, preventive maintenance, machine prep, standard power analysis and pre-site work. Follow documentation, policies and procedures and perform tasks with minimal supervision. Reading and translating wiring diagrams.

Resolve technical problems and perform program upgrades, and download set up. Testing programs with various verification devices. Troubleshoot with input and output tests. Set up game options and test various devices. Test pay table, reel strip and bonus awards. Install, repair and maintain data lines, fiber optics, and telephone lines. Knowledge share with customers on basic game functionality. Maintain a positive image of IGT with co-workers and IGT’s customers. In-depth user-level knowledge of SAP preferred Qualifications Education Required High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Technical or I. T. related training or education is a plus. Experience Required 4+ years of electronics, repair, field, or related industry experience. Skills Required Must be computer literate and have documented technical experience. Knowledge and understanding of AC/DC fundamentals. Knowledge of tools and experience using the tools is required. Ability, flexibility, and willingness to work varied shifts, overtime, and travel to client sites as needed. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and able to stand a full shift. Ability to follow policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Complete work orders in the general repair, reconditioning, and refurbishing of the facility, equipment, and systems in use. Responsible for maintaining all plant mechanical systems including HVAC, fire protection, and refrigeration.

Develop preventative maintenance procedures for mechanical equipment. Order required equipment and parts as required to maintain proper inventory levels. Perform administrative requirements, such as completing necessary forms, reports, evaluations, studies, etc. and submitting such to the Director as required. Assure that maintenance areas, loading docks, and adjacent areas are

kept organized, unobstructed, and safe. Submit accident/incident reports within twenty-four (24) hours after the occurrence of the accident/incident. Make oral and written reports/recommendations to the Director concerning the operation of the department, calling attention to any situations which may arise which could require his/her consideration and/or action.

Receive and follow maintenance schedule/instructions from your supervisor and as outlined in our established maintenance policies and procedures. Perform routine maintenance on all facilities and equipment. Assist in snow removal as needed. Maintenance Worker Requirements: High School graduation or equivalency required. Technical

training in associated field preferred. Five years' experience in related field preferred.

Responds to dispatches and drives to customer locations within a specified " zone" to deliver supplies and to install, remove, or repair lottery equipment and communication devices. This position will be based out of our Latham Depot. Responsibilities: Responsible for transporting, installing (if applicable), and maintaining IGT equipment, replacement parts, tools, and other equipment in an organized

and structured manner. Attend driver training and follow IGT vehicle policy regarding the use and maintenance of the company vehicle. Maintain equipment to promote the continuous operation of IGT equipment.

Troubleshoot to restore malfunctioning equipment to working order in the field. This may include swapping failed equipment, cleaning, and/or minor adjusting of the malfunctioning component. Communicate effectively and efficiently with Dispatchers. Accurately report activity, arrival and departure times and problems, details, and resolutions of failures to Dispatch. Deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts such as paper, ribbons, bet slips, etc. and track inventory of these items.

Deliver basic training to new Retailers or refresher/remedial training to Retailers who may be performing procedures incorrectly, such as changing paper and ribbon.

Complete basic forms for reporting activities, equipment problems, recommendations for improvements to procedures, etc. Qualifications High school degree or GED equivalent required. 1 or more years of experience in a customer service related position 1 or more years of experience in technical repairs Must possess a valid driver's license, have a good driving record, and demonstrate the ability to correctly perceive colors. Physical Requirements: Must be able to climb a ladder, lift and carry equipment weighing up to fifty (50) pounds for a significant distance (e.

g. from a parked vehicle to a point within the Retailer's location or to the rooftop of the retailer's location). Must be able to sit and drive for prolonged periods of time, demonstrate dexterity when working with tools and work with moving parts and electrical current. May work at heights (rooftop) for installation of equipment, work in close quarters, and/or; be exposed to inclement weather during some installations.
