A Residential Apprentice Level #4 is expected to demonstrate the ability to work effectively with team members, demonstrate the mechanical ability required for success in the HVAC trade, demonstrate a positive attitude, and develop a strong work ethic. A successful Service Journeyman Level 1 Service Technician invests in continual skill development
through in-house training, in-field training, and professional development classes.
A Level #1 Service Journeyman has completed the apprentice program and all associated OTJ training hours and holds an Ohio Journeyman certificate. Level #1 Service Journeyman assists in mentoring Service Apprentices, Levels 1-4. Required Qualifications: Ohio Journeyman credential Valid driver's license, insurable by Enviro Control Systems' insurance carrier Maintains reliable transportation to and from job assignments Purchases and maintains required Level 1-4 tools; maintains tools per Tool Acquisition Schedule Qualified for work in the United States with necessary 1-9 documentation Maintains required DFW mandatory drug screen and background check Demonstrates aptitude for the position on Job Profile backssment, where applicable Able to correctly use all Level 1-4 tools for service, troubleshooting, and measurement.
