You enjoy being hands-on and developing industry knowledge and skills like soldering and how to change filters as well as how to use service tools and testing devices. By observing our technicians, you learn how to educate customers on the right products and services for them. With effective training, you establish good customer rapport. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ENTRY-LEVEL HVAC TECHNICIAN A self-starter, motivated, trainable individual Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record Ability to operate hand and power tools safely Willingness to complete training programs Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
Willingness to obtain industry tools Ability to work from a 28' extension ladder and a 12' step ladder A high school diploma, HVAC technician school certificate, or a college degree is preferred but not required.
