Communicates claim activity and processing with the claimant and the client; maintains professional client relationships. Ensures claim files are properly documented and claims coding is correct. Provide individual and group skills training regarding nutrition, medications, and physical wellness as components of mental health recovery. Participate in training and meetings.
Provide education and training to team members regarding medications and potential side effects. Provide community-based outreach and services to current and potential participants. Complete required documentation within the specified timelines stated below under “Documentation Requirements. ” Education: Must meet the following qualifications: Licensed as an LPN or RN in the state of Oregon. Experience: Experience to demonstrate the competencies to identify precipitating events: 2 years’ experience in professional nursing field work.
