Property Underwriter This Property/Equipment Breakdown Underwriter will manage a Property renewal book for the Mid Atlantic Region (PA, DC, RIC, BAL), while also producing New Business.

The position will primarily be focused on underwriting mono-line property opportunities, however the underwriter will be charged with cross selling and uncovering other lines of business for others within Commercial Insurance. The Property/Equipment Breakdown Underwriter must develop book growth, maintain

superior relationships and implement effective and profitable pricing rate strategies. Underwriting will include marketing and servicing accounts based on Chubb guidelines.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a business plan to grow the Property/EB book through prospect identification and pipeline development, new business production and account management in the Mid Atlantic Region. The Property/EB Underwriter will have accountability for the financial performance of the Property book of business, achieving growth for the assigned branch, region and territory. They will identify opportunities for growth within new and existing production sources, identify

cross sell opportunities, conduct agency planning/goal setting including monitoring of progress and make regular broker and insured visits.

This position reports to the Commercial Insurance Underwriting Manager in the successful candidate's home branch. Agency travel is required within the Regional branches of Pittsburgh, DC, Baltimore, Richmond, Harrisburg and Philadelphia. Skills Required: Candidate will have 3-5 years commercial property/EB underwriting experience.. Strong sales and marketing skills are also critical.. Must be able to demonstrate success in marketing, producer/book management and new business development. Must also be able to successfully negotiate on all levels with both internal and external partners and nurture key producer relations.

" The primary responsibility of the Adaptive Aquatics Instructor (AAI) is to assist the Aquatic

Physical Therapist in providing therapy-based aquatic sessions as well as recreational aquatic sessions to individuals of all ages with intellectual disabilities. The AAI facilitates the individual's range of functional movement and level of engagement by effectively and therapeutically utilizing the properties of water.

Under the direction and supervision of the physical therapist, the Adaptive Aquatics Instructor carries out an individual's goals through exercise, gait and balance training, and other aquatic therapeutic interventions as needed. Staff in this position are responsible for ensuring a safe, but fun therapeutic aquatic environment for all Individuals in their program. In

addition, the AAI assists in the daily operations and pool maintenance under the supervision of the Lead AAI.

This is a safety sensitive position exercising a high degree of discretion, trust, and confidence to properly execute duties efficiently. The AAI is a member of the individual's interdisciplinary team and helps determine each individual's strengths and needs. This is a non-exempt, hourly position, wage is $20.08 hour. The following is a list of duties, not an all-inclusive list, the incumbent is responsible for: Provides adaptive aquatic therapy treatments and procedures, under the supervision of the Aquatic Physical Therapist and Lead Adaptive Aquatics Instructor for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.

Time is spent at least 75% of the session time in the water to ensure time for transport and changing. Documents daily attendance and maintains necessary data, in the appropriate electronic medical record. Prepares quarterly staffing reports to reflect the individual's progress, including behavioral responses, while attending therapy sessions. May attend Interdisciplinary Team meetings as requested. Maintains a safe, clean work area, performing routine cleaning and maintenance duties/logs as assigned by the Habilitation Services Manager.

The AAI staff must ensure the deck areas and locker rooms are kept in a clean, safe, and orderly manner. The AAI staff must maintain all regulatory logs as specified by all governing bodies. Such logs refer to the pool functions, including but not limited to water temperature, chemical balance, compliance with health and other applicable regulations, and physical structures. Is prompt and prepared to begin sessions on time and in an organized fashion; obtains and sets-up equipment up prior to a session and puts equipment away when finished. AAI staff must follow all standard infection control policies and procedures.

·Immediately reports any incidents, accidents or maintenance problems to the Habilitation Services Manager and uses the proper documentation to record an incident or accident. Displays professional behavior as a representative of the Habilitation Services Department and is accountable for the safety and positive learning experience of each Individual. Participates in AA down time procedure per the guidelines provided by the Physical therapist. In addition, assisting to ATF needs such as but not limited to programming needs, transport, and other habilitation department needs.

Provides lifeguard support during aquatics program. Efficiently uses appropriate lifesaving techniques in emergency situations. Maintains open and ongoing communication with all medical professionals, especially the Nursing Department, to ensure an Individual's medical appropriateness for participating in adapted aquatics. Attends Habilitation Services Department meetings and training sessions assigned by Habilitation Services Manager. Performs other duties as required.
