The Credit Products Underwriter IV - Corporate is primarily responsible for underwriting the most complex financial transactions, including the financing of multiple business endeavors such as: investment real estate, owner-occupied real estate, working capital, equipment, LBOs/acquisitions, etc.

How You'll Spend Your Time The majority of your time will be spent managing and developing a team of underwriters conducting the complex credit analysis to finance multiple business endeavors. You will prepare very complex financial underwriting on middle market to corporate level transactions, which have a significant impact on profits for the lending division. You will lead Syndicated or Club transactions. You will craft and deliver final structure and pricing to the Relationship Manager and Credit Concurrence Officer and assume responsibility for all exceptions.
