Essential Functions Develops enhancements and modifications to existing software and develops extensible code that complies with design specifications and meets security best practices. Implements automation to improve effectiveness and efficiencies of systems and tools and supports development and implementation of new automation. Engages with product engineering teams and product owners during code/design reviews, regular meetings, on-call rotations, and incident responses throughout product development and operations cycles. Leverages advanced knowledge of systems/platforms and telemetry analyses to propose isolated improvements in code, processes, and designs to more effectively deliver on customer/business objectives.

The Skills you Bring: As a Client Success Software Engineer troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to internally identified or client reported error incidents. Attempt to duplicate problems and define root causes, using product design, code or specifications. Develop production code fixes.
