AT&T has an opening for a Professional System Administrator Duties/Responsibilities: Manage current desktop deployments on multiple domains at different security levels; work with colleagues to plan next-generation upgrades and

replacements. Manage security patching & OS upgrades of Windows server/desktop enterprise IT systems. Manage daily configuration and operation of Windows Enterprise IT systems/servers, including Active Directory, DNS, and DFS storage.

Manage monitoring and problem resolution for workstation and server systems. Manage incident and problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution using ticketing systems. Manage escalation and communication of status to management and internal customers/teams. Must have experience configuring, operating, and maintaining the following tools on disconnected networks (no direct internet connection) to remediate vulnerabilities identified by Tenable Nessus scan results: WSUS Trellix (Mc Afee) endpoint security for Windows clients PDQ for patch management of Windows third-party applications In-depth knowledge of Active Directory/GPO management and maintenance. Experience with Microsoft Exchange server management and maintenance. Experience with DISA STIG Hardening Knowledge in Distributed File System (DFS) and traditional file servers, DNS & DHCP.
