This position is hybrid with 2-3 days in the Mechanicsburg PA Software Factory. Primary Responsibilities: Works independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables.
Design, deploy, and maintain cloud environments on AWS and Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of the infrastructure. Monitor and optimize cloud resources to achieve maximum performance and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with the team to implement best practices and ensure compliance with security standards and policies.
Manage integration and deployment tooling. Create, maintain, monitor, secure and audit infrastructure. Configure maintain Kubernetes Service (AKS/EKS) clusters.
Develop automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops and other relevant tools to streamline application deployment processes. Basic Qualifications: A BS degree in computer science or related field with 4+ years of prior relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 2+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience, certifications, or trainings may be considered in lieu of a degree. Familiar with building and deploying containers and container infrastructure. Must possess strong data analysis skills to
support data quality efforts. Working knowledge of Agile methodology.
Ability to communicate with peers and leaders to explain basic concepts, designs and approaches for the tasks assigned. Ability to work to resolve issues for multiple user support tasks. Strong oral and written communications skills with ability to understand comprehensive engineering documents. Responsible to test code changes to ensure the changes effectively performs to the functional and technical requirements. Ability to learn, excel and deliver at a quick pace is required, a candidate may have many different tasks at any time. Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a Do D Secret Security Clearance.
Must obtain Security + within 1st year of employment.
