Get started! Position Summary Kenworth has a consistent need for Embedded Hardware Engineers responsible for the electrical and electronic component/subsystem design, and

electrical integration into heavy-duty vehicles. This requisition welcomes all levels of engineers with the potential to work with varying projects and responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities/Functions Design and release of electrical and electronic components and systems for heavy commercial trucks Integrate vehicle and drive line controls into vehicle electrical systems Complete engineering change notice documentation to manage old and new parts and use proprietary software to issue part bid requests Lead electronics engineering and project management processes to maintain schedule, budget, and functionality. Plan and track validation of components Support launch at truck assembly plants

as needed, and resolve field issues as identified Ensure industry-leading quality and reliability are met/maintained/exceeded on all components Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team with mechanical engineers, manufacturing engineers, and other professionals to ensure quality heavy-duty truck electrical designs Investigate and resolve warranty issues for power train electrical-related claims Travel up to 15% Qualifications & Skills B.

S. in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent degree required Ability to work in a fast-paced, lean, collaborative team environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good planning/tracking skills Competency with standard business software tools (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.

S. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering preferred and/or PE license 3-5 years of design & release of automotive or commercial vehicle electrical components, including software, wire harnesses, electronic controls, switches, driver input devices, and/or HMI Proficiency in using Engineering tools (Pro-Engineer, Mentor Graphics, Matlab/Simulink, Rhapsody) SAE J1939 CAN Protocol ISO17987 LIN Protocol Awareness of heavy-duty commercial truck regulations, especially affecting instrumentation, emissions, safety, On Board Diagnostics, and other areas impacting electrical/electronic design, architecture, and functionality Experience with supplier management through Al AG processes Knowledge of DFSS tools including FMEA, QFD, etc.

We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for Embedded Hardware Engineer is $78,100 - $122,300 annually. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above. monitors critical network functions, and performs repairs and upgrades on computer hardware and software. As a Level II technical support representative, you will be responsible for monitoring the following products 24 hours a day: Wireless/VOIP T1's POTS DSL You'll also be responsible for reporting any network issues to management within the time line allotted by company procedures 24 hours a day and escalating as necessary, along with the following: - Handling calls from residential and commercial customers to resolve any technical issues on all products provided.

- Making follow up courtesy calls once the reported trouble is resolved to ensure customer satisfaction. - Reporting troubles

with our partnered service providers after hours and on weekends. - Having a thorough understanding of all products offered to ensure that reps are comfortable and confident with any issue that arises.

- Diagnosing / repairing customer's personal computers that have been brought in for billable labor. - Learning and understanding the functions of other departments to be able to execute them after hours. - Monitoring ACD queues and managing talk times to ensure hold times are minimal. - Communicating with customers and resolving any issues reported via the support email account. Provisioning / de-provisioning the following services: Wireless/VOIP DSL Email Dial-up Hot Spot Users - Handling

account suspends and restores. - Maintaining monitoring software and making sure all data contained therein is correct and up to date.

- Reports monthly on wireless network capacity. Provide exceptional technical support for all commercial calls to ensure our level of customer service remains unmatched by our competitors. - Submitting tickets to be worked by our field services and managed services departments. - All other duties as assigned.
