needs, you design and engineer new products. You research and find new innovations that are cost-effective. You turn your researched ideas and drafts into technical plans for prototypes that will impress our customers.

From there, we work as a team to turn the concept into a working model for our production crew. But once we have a prototype, your work has just begun! Tests are run on the prototype and you make the appropriate modifications. And, then, you retest! You repeat that process as needed before the product is finally ready for manufacturing. It's a good thing that you are known for being persistent! Your excellent communication skills also come in handy as you report to project

managers and clients throughout the process. You work closely with the production team with all new products to ensure success upon roll out.

This is a salaried role generally working office hours Monday-Friday 8a-5p. We can be flexible on start and end times as long as you are meeting business needs. Serve as a resource to staff for accurate assignment of CPT procedure and ICD-10-CM diagnosis coding of complicated multi-specialty services for appropriate reimbursement Complete special projects and perform other related duties as assigned. Works closely with Professional Billing staff to assist with medical billing activities to ensure a clean month-end AR such as: Denial Management Billing/Coding work queue Payment Posting Transactions KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: Advanced training beyond High School that includes the completion of an accredited or approved program in Medical Coding Specialist.

R equires 3 years of experience in expert-level professional coding experience and at least 2 years of experience in education/training of licensed providers. Must be detail oriented.
